What
are the other traits of a good Veneer Shell apart from the usual
durability and comfortableness?
Basically, our products have met the fundamental requirements of
the customers--durability, reliability and practicability. More
than that, recently we also utilize the newly invented adhesive---
the UL 252 in manufacturing the Veneer Shell.
But what is UL 252? UL 252 is
a very low free formaldehyde content of liquid formaldehyde content
of liquid formaldehyde resin specially serve for the production
of bentwood or furniture parts with low formaldehyde emission. When
used correctly, the products can achieve the E1 formaldehyde emission
requirement of European Standard (EN 120) and also the F1 grade
of Japanese Standard (JAS).
